Sayyid Fahd receives Bahraini monarch's envoy

Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, received at the Royal Family Members' Hall on Sunday Sheikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, Envoy of His Highness King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, and his accompanying delegation who arrived here today to offer condolences on the death of His Highness Sayyid Turki bin Mahmoud Al Said.
During his meeting with Sayyid Fahd, the Bahraini Deputy Prime Minister conveyed sincere condolences and sympathy of King Hamad, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the bereaved's soul in peace and grant his family patience.
On his turn, Sayyid Fahd expressed his utmost thanks and appreciation to the King of Bahrain and the Bahraini Deputy Prime Minister for their good initiative and sincere condolences, praying to Allah the Almighty to protect them and their families against all harms.
The consolation was attended by some members of the Royal Family, ministers and senior officials.
It should be noted that Sheikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister in the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, and his son Sheikh Issa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa paid a short visit to the Sultanate today to offer condolences on the death of His Highness Sayyid Turki bin Mahmoud Al Said.
He and his accompanying delegation were received and seen off during their visit to the Sultanate by His Highness Sayyid Faisal bin Turki Al Said, His Highness Sayyid Kamil bin Fahd Al Said, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry, Sheikh Al Fadl bin Mohammed Al Harthy, Secretary General of the Council of Minister, the Charge D'affaires of the Bahraini Embassy in the Sultanate and members of the embassy.
