Bikers attend rockstar funeral

700 Harley-Davidson motorbikes accompanied the funeral cortege of French rockstar Johnny Hallyday in Paris yesterday, December 9.

Thousands lined the streets of the famous avenue singing Hallyday hits.

Hallyday died on Wednesday at the age of 74 after a career which spanned nearly six decades, selling over 100 million albums.

Though a huge star in the French speaking world, the "French Elvis" remains relatively unknown elsewhere.
