Heavy footfall has been recorded at major tourist attractions in the Sultanate.
The holidays, which started on Friday and end on Wednesday, drew tourists from Oman and other GCC countries.
Wadi Bani Khalid was especially busy, drawing over 3,000 visitors in a single day.
Travellers headed to the various forts of Oman in huge numbers as well.
