Taageer Finance plans OMR5m bond issue

Muscat: Taageer Finance Company has decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on December 18 to seek approval for a OMR5-million non-convertible bond issue as private placement. The bond issue will have an additional green-shoe option for OMR2.5 million, according to a disclosure statement posted on the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) website.
The bond issue with a face value of OMR1 is for two years and will be listed on the Muscat Securities Market.
