ROP, PACDA join forces to rescue four stranded on mountain

Muscat: Four people were rescued on Thursday after getting stranded on top of a mountain, according to Oman's Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA).
"We received a report about the stranding of four people in Tiwi village in South Al Sharqiya," PACDA announced online, adding a few hours later that a police helicopter was on its way to rescue those who were stranded, since the location was inaccessible by road.
PACDA said, "We inform you that the four people were rescued by police helicopter and are in good health."
