What Is It?: I love the texture of a perfectly steamed fish – the flesh is tender, soft, and oh-so-delicate. Served with spring onions, ginger and finished with a light soya sauce. Garnished with coriander leaves and spring onions, the dish is sublime. You can have with steamed rice.

Homemade spicy chicken, a combination of Schezwan and soya sauce prepared in the chef’s signature style. Sliced beef with oyster sauce, black pepper and vegetables - a semi dry dish – goes great with vegetable noodles or hakka chow mein. Sweet and sour chicken is another favourite. Diced chicken in Schezwan sauce has a mixture of dry chillies, tomato sauce and Oriental chilli. It is a spicy sauce and you can have some fried rice with this dish.
