Muscat: As part of the bank’s strategic plan to provide excellent customer experience and added convenience, Bank Sohar recently relocated its Sinaw branch in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi to a new location.
The branch’s relocation to a centralised access point makes it a convenient hub that offers the entire range of Bank Sohar’s products and services to customers within the area.
Commenting on the relocation of the Sinaw branch, Sasi Kumar, acting CEO of Bank Sohar said, “We are consistently focused on offering the best products, services and financial solutions. Our customer-centric approach aims to provide excellence to Bank Sohar’s customers wherever they are and to make innovative banking solutions accessible. The motivation behind the relocation, therefore, was to ensure that all our services are within reach of our customers to deliver speedy, prompt and reliable financial options. We at Bank Sohar always strive to serve our customers more efficiently, so developing close relations with customers by making services easily accessible is crucial to that objective. The new location gives customers in the area the benefit of complete banking solutions while saving them time in commuting. It will also place our services within reach of underserved sections in and around Sinaw.”
The newly opened branch was officially inaugurated during a ceremony that was held recently under the auspices of Sheikh Mahmoud bin Sulaiman Al Maamari, deputy wali of Al Mudhaibi – Sinaw, and was attended by Bank Sohar’s executive management members including Rajeev Arora - DGM & head Retail Banking, Abdulali Al Lawati, Senior AGM for Corporate Support, Mazin Mahmood Al Raisi, Senior AGM & Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, and Khamis Masoud Al Rahbi, Senior AGM Retail Banking, as well as employees, customers and invited guests. The event commenced with a commemorative ribbon cutting, followed by a tour of the branch where Mansoor Al Burtamani, Sinaw Branch manager, provided the invited guests with a detailed overview of all the features and facilities of the new branch, which reflect the look and feel of the Bank’s brand and identity. The event concluded with a presentation of a token of appreciation to Sheikh Mahmoud bin Sulaiman Al Maamari, the chief guest of the event.
Bank Sohar’s new location is a full-service branch with an excellent design and interior furnishing that reflects the bank’s brand identity and business philosophy. The branch is backed by the high-end technological infrastructure to provide customer-centric products and services to retail and corporate segments. In addition, it is equipped with ample parking facilities, larger interior space, a 24-hour ATM and CDM facility, and convenient accessibility from different locations around the Sinaw area.
