Oman condemns terror attacks in Egypt, Pakistan

Muscat: Oman condemned, yesterday, the armed terrorist attack on a military and security patrol at Al Wahat area in Egypt and the terrorist blasts which targeted sacred areas in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in separate statement issued by the Foreign Ministry which also condemned all type of violence, terrorism and security unrest. The statements also expressed condolences and sympathy for the victims and wished the injured people speedy recovery.
They also expressed the condolences of the Sultanate to the families of the victims and the friendly government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. . A suicide bomber had rammed a car into a police truck in Pakistan’s southwestern city of Quetta on Wednesday, killing five police officials and two passers-by, police said.
