Must Eat: Forno Roasted Agnello Shanks

What Is It?: Oven roasted lamb shanks served with brown sauce and mash potatoes. An absolute cracker of a dish with tender meat (you have a choice to choose how your meat should be cooked) and it’s visually appealing too.

Also Try: Ditalini Al L’aragosta, pasta with garlic, chillies, lobster meat, parsley served with cream and tomato sauce. Branzino Alla Nerone which is fillet of sea bass served with onion, mushroom, chopped prawns with lemon garlic cherry tomato sauce. A very creamy and smooth sauce with the soft fish it really complements the dish. Risotto Alla Pescatore, Italian rice served with mixed seafood of calamari, prawns, mussels, baby octopus, was a real treat with all the flavours of seafood oozing out. Petti Di Pollo Alla Valdostana is chicken breast topped with turkey ham and mozzarella cheese with brown sauce. A very wholesome dish.

Tournedos Arizona, which is fillet steak cooked with onion, mushrooms and topped with Gorgonzola cheese and served with tomato cream sauce was like melted lava of cheese oozing out when you bite into the meat. Had the most amazing dessert Tiramisu that was topped with cocoa powder which was moist and soft and oh la la... also had Panna Cotta served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream, another very delectable dessert.

What’s Special: The presentation of food is visually appealing and has authentic Italian flavours. It is a fine dining restaurant the people were very cooperative and explained the dishes very minutely. It was a very nice change from the regular hotels.
