Democratic Congressmen among those arrested at Trump Tower immigration protest

Several Democratic lawmakers were arrested outside Trump Tower on Tuesday during a protest against President Donald Trump's immigration policies.
"If we don't get it, shut it down." Demonstrators shutting down 5th Avenue in New York on Tuesday, protesting at Trump Tower against President Donald Trump's immigration policies.
The police intervening at one point, arresting at least 10 protesters, including Democratic Congressmen Luis Gutierrez of Illinois and Raul Grijalva of Arizona, among others.
The Trump administration is in the process of ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which protects nearly 800,000 young people from deportation.
And while Trump has been negotiating with top congressional Democratic leaders on possible legislation, protesters say they want to see policy.

Luba Cortes, make the road New York, saying: "We've heard some conversations coming from the White House with Senator Schumer. But we want to see action not just conversation. We want to see actual policy that is going to help all these young people that are going to potentially lose their status."
Trump is due to stay at Trump Tower Tuesday evening, though he was not there for the protest.
