Ambwani showcases his collections at Mrunal’s Boutique

Muscat: Designer Hemant Ambwani has launched his brand Mumla. Focusing on the dying art of traditional gota pati, Ambwani creates clothes that take you to another era of glitz and decadence. He’s an expert on the various forms of gota pati, from lappa to kachi pati completed with intricate zardorsi and meenakari. His magic is created on pure handloom fabrics, chiffon, georgettes, and silk.
This season Ambwani brings his fairy tale collection of occasion wear to Oman’s Mrunal’s Boutique in Qurum. Choose from anarkalis, semi-formal kurtas, lehengas, saris and embellished dupattas. We haven’t forgotten the men. This season we have Nehru jackets and embroidered kurtas that will be just ideal for Diwali. The exhibition is on September 14 and 15 from 10:30am-7pm.
