Registration details for real estate awards in Oman

Muscat: Oman Real Estate Association (OREA) launched in a press conference held on Tuesday at Grand Hyatt-Muscat the Oman Real Estate Awards in its third edition of 2017, which will be distributed on December 12th.
"The Oman Real Estate Awards 2017 aims to highlight the achievements of the real estate companies, their efforts and contributions to the development of this area," said Saleh Al Riyami, Secretary General of OREA.
He added that the competition will provide a local platform for companies and the contributions of specialists, developers, architects, planners, real estate brokers, retailers and consultants, specialists in real estate and government bodies on the establishment of high quality projects.
He pointed out that the Oman Real Estate Awards will include in its edition this year 18 awards after they were 17 in the last version.
The awards are divided into six categories, namely the developer category and its awards which are Best Real Estate Developer of the Year at the Commercial Level Award, Best Developer of the Year at the Residential Level Award, Best Developer of the Year at the Level of Retail Units Award, Best Project for Multiple Use Award, Best Real Estate Website, Best Real Estate Marketing Company, Best Real Estate Promoter on Social Media, Best Affordable Real Estate Project and Outstanding Project Representing a Milestone Award.
He added that the real estate management and real estate brokerage category and their awards include the Best Real Estate Management of the Year Award, the Best Real Estate Broker of the Year Award, Best Real Estate website, Best Real Estate Marketing Company, Best Real Estate Small or Medium Company and Best Real Estate Promoter on the Social Media.
He added that the third category is the Architecture Engineering, Design, or Planning Category and its award includes Best Company in the Field of Architecture, Design or Planning for the year.
He added that in the Banks Category, the award is allocated for the Best Housing Finance Company.
In the Individual Category, the award is allocated for the Best Real Estate Chief Executive of the year and the Best Woman in the Real Estate Sector for the year.
In the Government Awards Category, the award is allocated for the Best Government Real Estate Project and the Best Contribution to the Real Estate Sector.
OREA Secretary General said that that the registration mechanism for this edition of the Oman Real Estate Awards is through the link www.oreawards.om.
During the conference, an agreement was signed with MAF Partners, where the latter will organize the competition and the awards ceremony.
