Taylor Swift may turn up in a federal court in Denver Monday as jury selection begins for dueling lawsuits over groping allegations.

Taylor Swift may turn up in a federal court in Denver Monday as jury selection begins for dueling lawsuits over groping allegations.

Swift alleges a Colorado radio personality David Mueller slipped his hand under her dress and grabbed her bare bottom as they posed together during a meet-and-greet before a 2013 concert in Denver.

Those allegations prompted Mueller to sue Swift, claiming the singer-songwriter had falsely accused him of the groping, which lead to his firing.

Swift then countersued for assault and battery, and that became part of the same trial.

"It was not an accident," Swift said of the incident, "it was completely intentional, and I have never been so sure of anything in my life."

The 27-year-old is expected to take the witness stand in U.S. District Court to testify.
