Talk of Indian cuisine and our minds get filled with images of buttery breads, creamy curries, and an array of mouthwatering dishes that are most desirable when served in authentic flavours. If you are looking for that rich and piquant taste then visit Spice Bahar Resto-Grill, the newly launched Indian cuisine restaurant at Shatti Al Qurum, where you find your ubiquitous mutton roganjosh and chicken biryani along with few select specialty dishes from the different regions of India.

Murgh Badami Shorba (Soup)
A very delicately flavoured soup with almond paste and chicken, this soup is very light and a great start to our exotic menu.

Coolers ‘N’ Shakers
Watermelon Blossom
A perfect blend of watermelon, milk and vanilla ice cream, this is a refreshing drink. It is not very heavy and therefore will not spoil your appetite for the big portions to come. So drink without any hesitation.

Watermelon Basil Mojito
Watermelon muddled with basil, dash of watermelon syrup, lime and sugar and topped with an aerated drink is something that you need to try if you’ve been out on a humid, sunny day, and need to rehydrate.

Month of May
As the name suggests, it’s a treat for the summer. This creamy drink is quite interesting; made of mango puree, vanilla, with a punching taste of coffee. The sweetness of mango mixed with the sharp, nutty taste of coffee gives the drink a great aftertaste. In other words, you must not miss out on this one.
