Government in Oman sets date for private sector salaries

Muscat: All private companies in Oman must pay employee salaries no later than June 20, ministry officials have announced.

The Ministry of Manpower has issued a decision to set the date for the payment of salaries to employees at companies that fall under the provisions of the Labour Law.

"Payments must be issued no later than the 20th of this month," the statement said.
