Keep an eye on children during holidays, says Royal Oman Police

Muscat: With the summer holidays having recently begun for many pupils, the Royal Oman Police has advised parents to keep an eye on their children when they go out to play. "Be sure to follow your children during summer vacation and their recreational programmes, because they could play with their friends in dangerous places," the ROP said via Twitter.
Given that the holidays coincided with the holy month of Ramadan, the police also issued advice to motorists who were travelling with children.
"When you are feeling tired and sleepy, stop and rest in order to not lose focus while driving," said additional tweets from their official account. "Make sure you know the time of breaking the fast, and finish all your work before that so that you are not in a hurry."
