Around 6,000 people gathered in central Manchester Wednesday to unite and remember the victims of the arena the night before.
Thousands of people gathered in a central Manchester square to express their love for the city and to remember the victims of the attack on Tuesday night that left 22 people, including children, dead.
Performance poet Tony Walsh roused the northern city's pride with a defiant message saying, "we keep fighting back with Greater Manchester spirit, northern grit, northern wit in Greater Manchester lyrics in these hard times again."
The crowds chanted "Manchester, Manchester!".
