Oman crime: 300 psychotropic pills seized, one arrested

Muscat: More than 300 different psychotropic pills have been seized by the Directorate General for Narcotics Control (DGNC) in Seeb.

The DGNC has also arrested a citizen on charges of possession of narcotic substances for the purposes of trafficking and abuse.

An official source at the Royal Oman Police said the suspect had been referred to the prosecution to complete the rest of the legal proceedings.

The Royal Oman Police appreciate the efforts made by citizens and residents in the fight against drugs.
