Oman MotorHomes to sponsor Ras Al Hamra Golf Club Championships

Muscat: Oman MotorHomes, the country’s first authorised dealers of RVs, have announced their sponsorship for the 2017 Ras Al Hamra Golf Club Championships as part of their involvement with the community and garnering sports talents.
The Ras Al Hamra Golf Club’s Club Championships, a major event on Oman’s golfing calendar, is scheduled to be organised on March 17 and 18.
Commenting on the sponsorship agreement, Nasser Aamir Al Saadi, owner and CEO of Oman MotorHomes, said: “We are proud to be the title sponsor of Ras Al Hamra Golf Club Championships and that the country continues to host such events which results in active and positive impact towards the tourism sector. With such tournaments held in Oman, we are confident that it will boost the number of tourists visiting the country.”
He added: “This sponsorship will work together in enhancing the engagement levels of this sport. We are also excited to welcome last year’s men’s champion, Simon Billeau who will also play this year to defend his title and the last year’s ladies’ champion Jameela Daoud to this event.”
