Winter storm pounds U.S. Northeast; big cities spared the worst

Winter storm Stella sparing areas expected to get potentially record-breaking snow, like New York City. While upstate New York and parts of New England got the worst of it. Thousands dealing with power outages in places like Boston. The storm flooding city streets along the New Jersey shore. And areas of Pennsylvania were hit with two feet of snow. Airlines cancelling more than 6,000 flights across the United States.
