After all the fiasco and the controversy that the last few minutes of the Oscars brought with it this, we can't deny the fact that there were some great performances and works that were acknowleged. This year the awards did break "whitewash" stereotype too, with many artists of colour nominated in various categories and even baggin a couple of awards.
