Oman Cricket: Rest of Indians win GCC Annual Day Cricket Cup

Muscat: Rest of Indians defeated Builders Centre LLC to lift the title at the Gulf Cricket Centre (GCC) Annual Day Cricket Cup at Al Ghubra Power Plans ground here recently.
The tournament was organised as part of Gulf Cricket Center’s 20th Annual Day.
After winning the toss and electing to bat first, Builders Centre LLC were all for 61 in eight overs Ikram scoring 21 runs and Amar 19 runs. For Rest of Indians Kartik took three wickets.
In reply, Rest of Indians achieved their target in the seventh over. Kartik scored 26 runs and Shinu scored an unbeaten 22. For Buildres Centre, Basheer and Amar took two wickets each.
Kartik was declared man of the match for the final.
Mrs. Virginia, Director of Teejan Group, was the chief guest at the presentation ceremony which was also graced by Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, GM of National Stone LLC, Imran Kazi, General Manager Sales of Genserv, Sebestian, Project Manager of Al Yam Enterprises, Arun kumar Pandey, MD of Al Yam Enterprises and P.A. Riyaz, GM of Sea Pearls.
